Satoen is a major tea manufacturer in Asia and negotiates pricing only with wholesale/resale accounts. The minimum wholesale order value is VND 8,000,000. Orders below this amount may incur an additional handling fee.
Any shortages or inaccuracies must be reported within three (3) working days of receipt. Once confirmed as our error, Satoen will issue a credit note or arrange a supplementary shipment.
Returns are not accepted without prior agreement. All returns require written authorization from Satoen. Please call 0707 310 310 or e‑mail inquiry@satoen.vn to start the process.
